Dundrum Cricket Struggles Against Bad Weather

writes Jeffrey Maquire. The Dundrum Under-15 side won the bowl out beating Derriaghy  after Peter Wilson was succesful and it was Terry Hutley (who bowled in all three  games) hit in sudden death to set up the away trip to either Bangor or North Down in the Graham Cup  next round . On Saturday again it was another bowl out  and  Baptiste hit for Dundrum to beat Ballyspallen.  One nil and it was dejavu on Sunday in terrible conditions with Lee Connor the only success in the ten attempts to complete a remarkable weekend of three wins to set up the fixture backlog. But this week sees the arrival of professional  Rahi Kakade who will be a massive boost to the villagers and with only one game played and  everyone will get plenty of cricket if we could just get some sunshine and dry weather. On Saturday this week, Dundrum  play Laurelvale which could be switched to their ground .]]>
