With mouthguards now compulsory for all GAA players in all grades and LGFA players from minors and below, it is imperative that proper fitting is achieved for maximum protection. There are boil and bite products on the market but for those that prefer the custom fitted mouthguards a dental practicioner will be in attendance at the Fin Hall next Sunday at 12.30 pm. The process involves a technician taking a mould of your dental composition and within 10 days the mouthguards will be available for collection from the club. They cost £25 and owners can have name inscribed and choice of colours. Please contact Gerard Lenaghan 0785 426 2858 to book approx. time for attending in advance.
