John McGrillen, Chief Executive Tourism NI said: “Tourism continues to be one of the most important sectors for the economy and employment, yet there is potential for more growth. As the space in which technology, travel and tourism is growing rapidly, so too must our digital strategy to best compete in the international tourism marketplace.

“Each of the upcoming video guides will feature a peer best practice case study followed by a panel discussion with digital and social media experts who will assist local business owners with challenges they are facing with their digital strategy. I would urge everyone involved in tourism to embrace the digital mind-set and if appropriate to seriously engage with these guides to help meet the demands of the increasingly tech-savvy international and domestic travellers.”
