Spectacular Shows Coming To Newcastle With Elvis And The Illegals

Tributes do not come any better than those on offer this weekend in Newcastle Community Cinema which will host ‘The Elvis Spectacular Show’ and ‘The Illegals with Niamh Kavanagh’.

‘The Elvis Spectacular Show’ starring Ciaran Houlihan, who will be joined by his TCB band and the ‘Sweet Sensations’, is Ireland’s premiere Elvis production, which will be coming to the Newcastle Community Cinema for one night only on Friday 22 July.

Ciaran looks like Elvis, sounds like Elvis and even moves like Elvis. The ‘Sweet Sensations’ are a joy to behold and the bands are sure to rock your socks off! Last year seen ‘Elvis’ perform to a sold out crowd, so make sure to book your tickets now!

Saturday 23 July will see ‘The Illegals with Niamh Kavanagh’ hit the stage at the Newcastle Community Cinema. The show features a special tribute to Glenn Frey, founding member of the Eagles and icon of the west coast sound, who took his final bow in January this year.

After 20 years of packing the crowds in ‘The Illegals’ remain as popular as ever with audiences up and down the country. Join them on Saturday night to celebrate their two decades as one of the best live bands around, with their classic-rock tribute show. Fronted by the fabulous Niamh Kavanagh, ‘The Illegals’ always put on a formidable show, digging deep into the Eagles and Fleetwood Mac back-catalogues including the classics ‘Hotel California’, ‘The Chain’, ‘Desperado’ and ‘Dreams’ as well as outstanding solo-career tracks from Glenn Frey Stevie Nicks, Don Henley and Joe Walsh.

You are sure to love the Illegals live, an entertaining three-hours of vocal harmony, superb musicianship, unforgettable songs and great fun served up by a band at the top of its game.
