A Rural Transport Fund Voucher Scheme is available for travel costs for rural community groups and organisations.
The Department for Regional Development has announced the next round of the Rural Transport Fund Voucher Scheme in your area i snow open.
This scheme is aimed at constituted, non-profit making rural community groups and organisations wishing to transport 17 or more passengers. The scheme provides a £100 voucher towards the cost of a specified trip for successful applicants using a Transport Operator from our approved list.
Application packs are available from 1 November 2013 for those eligible groups who are planning on travelling during January, February and March 2014.
There is a limit to the number of vouchers available in each area. To assist those community organisations that help or support the most vulnerable in society there is a selection process.

Requests for postal packs must be made by Tuesday 26 November 2013 and requests for email packs must be made by noon Friday 29 November 2013, completed applications must be returned by Friday 29 November 2013.
