Congratulations to Eloise Crane on making the Down Ladies U-14 squad. After an intense 5 weeks of trials Eloise made it through and it is richly deserved for a very committed and dedicated player. Well done from everyone at RGU.

Well done to our East Down Scor na nOg champion Clara Sharvin who got through her audition on TG a ceathair and is still in the running in Scor Encore.

Many thanks to our sponsors who donated prizes to our Juvenile Christmas Draw in aid of MS Society; Foy Farm, McGreevy Butchers, Plus2Print, Brendan’s Bar and ASDA. Also thank you to Paul Kelly from Quoile Tavern for helping out again with Santa’s Grotto. A good time was had by all the kids and a worthy cause was helped, everyone’s support is much appreciated.

We would like to congratulate Laura Byrne on winning the One Direction tickets from the RGU Christmas draw!! And to let you all know that she is kindly donating the tickets to The Childrens Hospice in Belfast…..well done Laura, a lovely and generous gesture to a very deserving cause.

The RGU kit is on sale at McCartan Sports… Hoodies, Storm Wind-cheaters, beenies, Jerseys and Polo Shirts.
