Patrick Clarke Condemns Anti-Social Behaviour At Claremont Court In Castlewellan

dn_screenCouncillor Patrick Clarke has strongly condemned recent anti-social behaviour by some residents living at Claremont Court off Castle Avenue in Castlewellan. He  expressed his “serious concern” at “members of the Polish community who have been causing late night disturbance to local residents.”

He said: “I have received complaints from a number of local residents living at Claremont Avenue in Castlewellan who have been recently subjected to anti-social behaviour by members of the Polish community.

“Whilst I am not trying to cause any offence to members of this community it is clearly unacceptable that local residents living at Claremont Court in Castlewellan have been subjected to so much distress.

“I have spoken to both the PSNI and Down District Council regarding the anti-social behaviour and late night parties of some of these tenants renting apartments at Claremont Avenue.

“Perhaps the landlords could intervene for the betterment and peaceful enjoyment of all local residents.”
