Here Comes The Knight! A Van Morrison Tribute For Down Arts Centre

dn_screenOn Saturday 12 March, Celtic Soul will be making a welcome return to Downpatrick to celebrate the music of Sir Van Morrison in Down Arts Centre.

Since their last visit to the district, Celtic Soul have performed at the Ulster Hall to mark the first BBC Music Day after being chosen by Gerry Kelly. Last year also marked Van Morrison turning 70. The band had a busy schedule of concerts including one for the international fan club visiting Belfast for Van’s Cyprus Avenue shows.

BBC’s Ralph McLean, describes Celtic Soul as, “a great band and a very fine tribute”. Another supporter of the band is Dublin FM’s Noel Casey who says Celtic Soul are, “As close as you can get … even the Man approves!

Playing all of Van’s biggest hits, these boys always bring a fantastic show. If you’re a fan of Van, you won’t want to miss this one.
