The Under-12-s recorded a good win when they faced Attical on Sunday morning writes Tony Bannon.

This was a brilliant display of football from Baileghlas which epitomised everything teamwork should be about; passing well, battling for every ball, taking their chances and showing excellent discipline. Under-12 training continues tonight (Wednesday) at the Quarter Road pitch from 6.30-7.30pm.dn_screen

There will be a Youth Club Committee meeting  next Tuesday 10 September at 7.00p.m in our Clubrooms.  This meeting   is open to all Club Members interested in assisting with the running of the Youth Club. If you would like to help  out but are unable to attend Tuesday’s Meeting please let any current Youth Club Comittee know.

The commitee and members of Glasdrumman GAC are saddened to hear of the death of former County Chairman  Sean Fearon. During his tenure both in  South Down and in the County Chair Sean proved himself to be good friend to our club  by providing great guidance and advice as well making himself available for many Club presentations. We extend our deepest condolences to the Fearon family and to our fellow Gaels of St. Bronagh’s Rostrevor  at this sad time. Mary Queen  of the Gaels Pray for him.
