* The winter fun coaching programme for boys and girls will commence in the main gym in St Malachy’s HS Castlewellan on Wednesday 6 November and run for six consecutive Wednesday nights until Wednesday 11 December writes Martin McClean.

The session will be one hour long: P1 to P4 inclusive will take place from 6pm to 7pm. P5 to P7 inclusive plus 1st years who are U12 will take place from 7pm to 8pm. In order to help speed up registration for the winter fun and coaching programme please bring this form to the registration night in the Sports Hall in St Malachy’s High School on Wednesday 6 November  at 5.45pm for P1 – P4. Registration for P5 – P6 plus 1st years U-12 will take place on 6 November  at 6.45pm.  It would be a great help if you bring the form on the night filled in. The cost of the programme will be £6 for 6 sessions.

* Well done to our Under-16 ladies who beat Kilcoo in a play off for runners up spot in the All-County League last Saturday. Weather wise it was not one of the best days to be playing football but well done to both sides for serving up the game they did.

* There are coaching courses now available and anyone interested please contact John O’Neill and download application form from the website.

* The Under-20 Footballers were beaten last Sunday away to Carryduff.

* Castlewellan GAC Strictly Come Dancing tickets are available to buy in the Club every Sunday Night. The dates for this year’s competition are confirmed as 16 and 23 November and the final on 7 December 2013.

* The annual Club mass for deceased members will take place on Saturday 22 November 2013.

* The numbers in this week’s lotto were 05 15, 23 and 24. There were no jackpot and no £20 winners this week. Next week’s Jackpot is £5050.
