Bright GAC Notes

Senior training will be tomorrow night (Thursday) at 6.30pm at Bright pitches. The Championship semi final against Dromara will be held at Bryansford GAC, Newcastle this Saturday, September 24th. Throw in at 2pm. It would be great to get some support from everyone to cheer the team on. Many thanks to Eamon Crane of Crane Tyres for sponsorship of a match ball for the semi final. Cillbreactain semi-final against the RGU this Friday, September 23rd, at Bryansford, Newcastle. Throw in at 7.30pm. Once again it would be great to see as much support as possible to cheer the boys on. A huge thank you to everyone who helped out on Saturday, hosting the East Down U14’s versus North Armagh U14’s match at Bright GAC. The club’s own Corey Ranaghan and Conor Black played consistently well throughout which was great to see. We hope everyone enjoyed the match – it was very nice to see people coming out in support of our young players representing their county. Thanks again to everyone who helped make it a success. Bright Ladies team are looking for a manager to begin preparation for the 2012 season. Anyone interested in taking up this role, contact Ollie Burke for details. A reminder that tickets for the County Senior and Intermediate Football Semi Finals in Pairc Esler on Saturday and Sunday this weekend are currently on sale from the County Office. Tickets are priced at £17 for the 2 days which is a saving of £3 and OAPs and students are available on production of relevant ID at a price of £12. Bingo at the Bright Community Centre every Sunday night at 8pm. Everyone welcome. 200 Club this Sunday – Marty Tumelty will be at Bright GAC to collect all monies due at 7.30pm.
