THE lotto nos for month May were 4, 15, 21, and 22  and the  jackpot has not yet been won writes Linda Crangle.  There were 3x £10 winners. The jackpot is standing at £4,100  and tickets are available at the usual outlets around Ardglass. Monthly draw winners were £300 K Kelly, £100 C Kearney and £100 D Milligan.
The U-10’s travelled to Pairc Tomas Russell in Downpatrick to take part in the latest East Down Blitz, and were they faced the hosts RGU, Louginisland and Darragh Cross. All games were played in wet and windy conditions, nevertheless, all the teams battled through the conditions to serve up some brillant football. Ardglass had a real classic game against Darragh Cross, with the score even going into the final minute when Lorcan Toner popped up to score from an acute angle to give his team the narrowest of victories.
Thanks to U-16 players Caolain O’Shea and Jason Curran who helped referee the games.
Please note no training next week due to Holy Communion.
The U-12’s travelled to Bredagh and a rain lashed Cherryvale Park, in a fairly even game two late goals by the Belfast boys gave them a 4 point win, full forward Stewart Kahla was a fine target man finding the net on four occasions. In Midfield Philip O’Connor gave a great display of high fielding against his bigger opponents, in defence Rory Gordon and Dillon Addis demonstrated the art of Blocking on several occasions to thwart goal bound efforts. Training is on Thursday at 7pm and the next game is Home to Carryduff on Sunday.
The Seniors got beaten on Thursday by a strong Killyleagh team.
The U-14-s travelled to Loughnisland on Monday to be beaten 5-10 – 4-4 ardglass were slow to find their pace but battled on to have a superb second half with Jamie Cusack,Stewart Kalah and Jason Curran  all staring.
