Games Update

The Seniors lost by six points at home to Tullylish on Friday evening, in an improved performance Ardglass Had chances to win the game with several goal chances not taken added to the wide count which had reached double figures by half time, this was in contrast to Tullylish who found the net twice in the first half as well as being more accurate from play also, next game away to Dundrum on Friday 17

The Reserves beat Saul in The first round of the Championship in torrential condition at Ardtole on Sunday evening in the first half against the wind Ardglass defended resolutely and went in three up at the break, in the second period they closed the game out with strong performance from John Polley, Richie Fitzpatrick and the returning Dee Milligan, next game home to Kilcoo, and also outstanding game against Drumaness to be refixed

The under 14s had mixed fortunes this week, playing two games again this week, they travelled to Liatroim and started poorly considering two goals in the first five minutes, the second half saw comeback but it was not enough to recover the damage done in the first half. The second game saw an improved performance with second half goals from Harry Walsh, Jason Carr (2) and Ben Carville sealing the victory, next games home to St Joseph’s on 13th and Home to Bright on 16th June

The U12s put in a brilliant team performance over three 20-minute periods away to RGU on Sunday morning and came away with 1-7 to 1-4 victory, thanks to goal from Jordan Finnegan and resolute defending from Thomas Miller. Next game home to Kilclief on Sunday 19th
